Everything the register does
One place for the documents you require, the people who provide them, and the decisions your team makes about them.
The compliance cockpit
Your dashboard answers the questions that matter at a glance: how many vendors are checklist-complete, what expires in the next 30, 60, and 90 days, what's missing, and which submissions are waiting on a decision from your team. A live timeline lists everything expiring in the next quarter so renewals never surprise you.

Requirement sets: your rules, applied consistently
Define named checklists — "Electrical Subcontractor," "IT Supplier," "Cleaning Crew" — from any mix of document types. Assign a set to one vendor or a hundred at once. Status is always computed against your checklist, item by item, and rolls up to a simple "8/10 on file" you can act on. Optional reference notes (like the coverage you typically ask for) are shown to the vendor during upload — informational, never auto-enforced.

A vendor portal people actually use
Vendors log in free and see one thing: what's needed, in plain language. Guided uploads collect the file, the dates, and the fields you asked for. They can attach several files to one record (a certificate plus its endorsement pages), keep their worker credentials current, and self-attest with their name and the date recorded. When something is sent back, the reviewer's note tells them exactly what to fix.

Vendors who already keep their own records
Many of the businesses you track already catalogue their licences and insurance in their own free Credential Register account — maintained for every client they have, not just for you. Request a connection and, once they accept, the credentials they chose to share arrive as real documents in your register: counted in your checklists, watched for expiry, included in your exports, and waiting in your own review queue. When they renew, your copy follows on its own. What never travels is anybody else's decision — each customer reviews for themselves, and the document carries the vendor's attestation alone. Disconnect whenever you like and you keep everything you already held.
Shared credentials carry your attestation. Each client reviews them in their own register.

The review queue: human decisions, on the record
New submissions land in a queue for your team. Approve, reject, or request more information — each decision requires a note and is stamped with the reviewer's name and time, building an audit trail you can export. Types you mark "self-attestation sufficient" skip the queue and go straight on file, so your reviewers only see what needs judgement.

Renewals that chase themselves
Every document with an expiry date is watched daily. Vendors get reminded on your cadence — 60, 30, 7 days, the day of, or any schedule you set — and your own team gets an escalation digest as deadlines get close. Each reminder is logged, so you can show exactly who was told, and when.

One desk for a whole membership
Agencies, franchisors and trade associations run their member companies from management.credentialregister.com: a roster showing every member's credentials at a glance, with the day-to-day paperwork done through the same portal the members themselves use. A certificate the group holds — an association-wide liability policy, for instance — can be stated to cover every member, and is then referenced rather than copied, so a single renewal at the group's desk brings every member's clients current at the same moment. Wherever it appears it names its real holder; a member's own paperwork stays unmistakably theirs.
