Pricing questions
Do my vendors have to pay?
No. The vendor portal is free for your vendors and contractors — that's the point. You pay for your workspace; they just keep their documents current.
Do you charge per user?
No. Every paid plan includes unlimited staff logins. You pay for the number of vendors you track, not the size of your team — nobody should be sharing an account, least of all on a system that records who approved what.
What counts toward the vendor limit?
Active vendors in your register. Mark a vendor inactive when you stop working with them and they no longer count — their records stay exactly where they are, because a compliance register is a record, not a rolling list.
What do I save by paying yearly?
Two months. A yearly plan bills 10 months up front and runs for 12, and you can switch between monthly and yearly whenever you like.
Can I change plans later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade any time from Billing. Changes prorate automatically.
Do I need a credit card to try it?
No. The 14-day trial starts when you create your workspace; pick a plan whenever you're ready. The Free plan needs no card at all.
What if we're bigger than the plans?
Tell us what you need on the Enterprise form — vendor volume, single sign-on, integrations with your own systems — and we'll price it around that.
Can I bring my existing document list?
Yes — your team can record documents you already have on file directly, so you start from your current state, not from zero.
What if a vendor already has their own account?
Then getting them set up is a request rather than a chase: ask to connect, and once they accept, the credentials they choose to share arrive in your register and stay current as they renew. They still count as one vendor against your plan, and it still costs them nothing.
Is the vendor side really free, including the management desk?
Yes. Vendor accounts, their share links, their workers, and the management desk agencies and associations use to run member companies are all free, with no limit on the credentials they hold. Paid plans are for businesses keeping a register of the vendors they hire.
